You must not:
-
use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
-
copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission;

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website from time to time.
3. Products and Artwork
Rabbits’ Choice offers creative products including artwork, limited-edition prints, clothing, collectible items and other creative or digital works.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and availability are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen.
Some products are limited editions or may be produced in limited quantities. Availability is therefore not guaranteed.
Where an item is listed as out of stock, we may not be able to fulfil an order for that item.
4. Artwork and Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, branding, videos and other creative content displayed on this website belong to Rabbits’ Choice or are used with permission.
Purchasing a physical artwork or product does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to you.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, digitise or commercially exploit our artwork or designs.
Limited-edition works may be accompanied by additional information about edition numbers, authenticity or ownership where applicable.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement or confirmation. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and confirm it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:
-
an item is unavailable;
-
there is an obvious pricing or description error;
-
we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
-
we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and delivery service selected.
If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you may be responsible for the cost of returning an item where permitted by law.
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including personalised or made-to-order products and certain digital content or services where the relevant legal requirements have been met.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
10. Digital Products and Content
Where we provide digital products or downloadable content, additional terms may apply.
Where permitted by law, if you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that doing so may affect your statutory cancellation rights, your right to cancel may be affected once the digital content has been supplied.
Digital products must not be copied, redistributed, resold or commercially exploited unless we have expressly given you permission to do so.
11. Creative Services, Workshops and Mentoring
Rabbits’ Choice may provide creative services including workshops, mentoring, consulting, creative strategy, exhibitions, collaborations and other projects.
The specific scope, price, timing and deliverables of a creative service may be agreed separately with the customer.
Where a service is booked through the website, the information provided at the time of booking will form part of the agreement.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a workshop, mentoring session or other booked service, please contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable cancellation or rearrangement conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
12. Intellectual Property in Client Projects
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rabbits’ Choice retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, concepts, methods, designs, processes, templates and creative materials.
Where a project involves the creation of new artwork, designs, digital assets or other intellectual property for a client, ownership and usage rights will depend on the specific agreement between Rabbits’ Choice and the client.
Payment for a service does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.

any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
16. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, power or internet failures, government action or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
