She holds an MA in Fine Art Painting from Camberwell College of Arts (2021), where she received the Art Ambassador Award. Marija Krasnopjorova
Managing Director

Marija holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art, with working experience at Magnum Photos and Sotheby’s. During her studies she was also a part of the curatorial team for East Wing Biennial, a 1 year-long, fully student-led exhibition, which explored interactive art enabled through new technologies.

In 2016, she received a Master’s in Information Systems and Innovation at the London School of Economics in 2016. She has since spent almost a decade working in product marketing, community management and strategy at leading tech companies including Wise and Revolut.

As Managing Director of Rabbits' Choice, Marija leads the platform's strategic vision, partnerships and long-term growth, ensuring that creativity, community and sustainability remain at the heart of everything we do.

I see new technologies such as AI as powerful creative tools: not something that replaces artists or human expression, but something that can help them experiment, collaborate and bring new ideas to life. At Rabbits' Choice, we want to explore how technology and human creativity can come together to create meaningful experiences and stronger creative communities.

Violetta Kovalskaya
Project Manager

Art was Violetta's first passion. After years of studying art and preparing for a future in design, she moved to the UK and chose to broaden her perspective by studying Management with Marketing at the University of Bath. Although her academic path changed, her connection to the arts never did. After graduating and moving to London, she naturally found her way back through exhibitions, creative collaborations, and the people she met along the way. What began as a series of opportunities soon became a career that felt like coming home.

Since then, Violetta has worked across exhibitions, cultural events, and project management, collaborating with artists, partners, and institutions to bring ambitious ideas to life. Through her work with internationally recognised organisations, including Frieze's No.9 Cork Street exhibition space, she has developed an approach that combines strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the bigger picture.

As Project Manager at Rabbits' Choice, Violetta creates the environment where ideas can grow into meaningful experiences. She believes the best projects emerge through curiosity, collaboration, and the people behind them, often leading to outcomes more powerful than anyone imagined at the start.

"I've realised that project management is my creative medium. Rather than creating the artwork itself, I create the space where ideas and people come together to build something unexpected. Every collaboration offers a new perspective, and every project introduces remarkable people who inspire the way I think. Watching those connections grow into meaningful experiences is what makes this work so fulfilling."

Simone Piva

Business advisor & mentor

Simone Piva is an Italian-Brazilian curator, art advisor, art business mentor, and the founder of IT MONDO, an international curatorial platform established in 2015 with a presence in Europe, Brazil, the United States, and Asia.

Her career began with over 15 years as an architect and interior designer in Brazil, working closely alongside galleries and artists. In 2015, she left Brazil and founded IT MONDO, turning that hands-on experience in the art world into a dedicated curatorial and advisory practice. Combined with a multidisciplinary academic background in Law, Architecture, and Interior Design, as well as in-depth studies in Arts, this trajectory shaped a distinctive approach: one that pairs curatorial sensibility with strategic, business-driven thinking. This dual expertise defines her work today. Simone advises private collectors on asset appreciation and legacy building within high-level collections, and applies the same strategic rigor to mentoring artists — guiding them through career expansion, market and institutional positioning, and the long-term development of a sustainable practice. Her mentorship focuses on helping artists move beyond the studio to build a clear professional identity, reach new markets, and position their work for lasting recognition and value.

As a curator, Simone has led IT MONDO's presence at major international fairs and own exhibitions, bringing together artists from more than 20 countries. Her curatorial projects celebrate cultural diversity and connect artists with collectors, galleries, and audiences worldwide. For Simone, art and business are not opposing forces but complementary ones: art has the power to build bridges between people and serve as a driver of economic and social development.
